3- Em óleo bem quente mergulhe a forma e deixe aquecer bem.Retire,escorra um pouco o óleo e introduza a forma na massa,tendo o cuidado de não cobrir a parte superior da forma. Coloque no óleo,use um garfo para ajudar a soltar a massa caso seja necessário e deixe aloirar. Retire,coloque sobre papel absorvente para eliminar o excesso de óleo e de seguida passe por açúcar e canela. Depois de frias pode guardar numa caixa hermética.</div>

10 - Retire a massa do copo,dê-lhe a forma de rosca e coloque num tabuleiro untado com manteiga e polvilhado com farinha. Pincele com a gema de ovo e decore com as restantes frutas e chocolate. Pode fazer pequenos montes de açúcar Deixe a massa levedar até dobrar de tamanho e de seguida coloque no forno pré aquecido a 180º cerca de 25 minutos.</div>
